If you are paying through bank transfer, please make sure you transfer the money to us within 7 days. This helps us to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Please note that your order will be canceled if you do not pay within 7 days.
We also able to accept other forms of payment at your request but please let us know first before doing so.

RETURN POLICY
Exchanges and Returns
We ensure that the quality of our clothing is of the highest standard as Muslima Clothing firmly believes that you always deserve the very best. Nonetheless, if you are not satisfied with our product, please read this section for more information.
When you receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and then try it on. Only when you are completely happy with the product and intend to keep it should you wear the garment or wash it. If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you could send it back to us. However, please keep it in the same condition and packaging that you have received it in and we should receive your return within 15 days of the date of purchasing. Then you will get a full refund, exchange, or store credit as you request.
Full Refund
The cost of returning the unwanted items is paid by the customer. Though, you will not be refunded the shipping charges that you have already paid.
Exchange
If you want an exchange, the shipping charges to mail back the exchanged item to you will be covered by Muslima Clothing in case of our fault. However, if you are exchanging the item for any other reason than our fault, Muslima Clothing will charge you the cost of shipping for the replacement, which will be the same as specified in our shipping policy. For example, if you are returning a Hijab for exchange, you will be charged another €3.90 to ship you the replacement.
Store Credit
You could request for store credit where the credit could be used in your future order. We will give you coupon code with value equals to the amount Muslima Clothing owes you.
In order to avoid returns, please check your size carefully using our size chart, which explains how to measure yourself and what the correct size is for your general body measurements and for each particular garment.
Please note that there will be no return or exchange during our special offers. Therefore, please try to double check the size guide before placing your order.
